I look forward to helping you reach your goals and showing you that fitness can be something you genuinely enjoy.
Gavin
Hi, I’m Gavin!
If there’s one thing I enjoy more than working out myself, it’s helping others discover how rewarding—and enjoyable—fitness can be. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to take your training to the next level, my goal is to make every workout approachable, effective, and tailored to you.
Sebastian
Erika Lynn
I have been a personal trainer for over two years, but my passion for fitness has spanned a lifetime.
My path to becoming a personal trainer began after a life-changing event in 2021. Through a little homegrown gym in Hawai’i and the leadership of an amazing coach, I experienced firsthand the healing and empowerment of strength training. It became my mission to help others find their own strength within themselves.
As your trainer, my job is to meet you where you’re at, challenge you to keep leveling up, give you the tools for long term success, and the form to train safely. Most importantly? I want you to actually look forward to showing up!
They say the heaviest weight in the gym is the front door. If you’ve made it that far, congratulations—you’re already halfway there. I’ll be waiting for you on the other side!
Kelly
I have been teaching yoga since 2018 and am passionate about helping students build strength, mobility, and confidence through mindful movement. My signature style, “Vin-Hatha,” blends the flowing sequences of Vinyasa with the intentional pace and alignment focus of Hatha yoga, creating classes that are both energizing and accessible. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, my classes offer a welcoming space to move, breathe, and connect with your body.

Adey Abebe
With a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT 200) certification and five years of teaching experience, Adey brings a vibrant, welcoming energy to every class. Their teaching specialties include Vinyasa, Power, Yin, and Restorative yoga, offering students a variety of ways to
connect with their practice.
What they may lack in height, they more than make up for in personality. A bubbly spirit with plenty of laughter to spare, Adey creates an environment where students feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Their goal is to help each person get what they need from their practice—whether that means physical strength and mobility, mental clarity, emotional release, or a little bit of everything.
Their teaching philosophy is simple: life is serious enough. So while Adey takes their role as an instructor seriously, they believe yoga doesn’t always have to feel so serious. Through thoughtful sequencing, intentional guidance, and plenty of joy, they encourage students to challenge themselves, connect with their bodies, and, most importantly, enjoy the experience.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, slow down, find balance, or simply take a breath, Adey hopes you leave class feeling a little lighter than when you walked in.
